Description: u3a is an international charity registered organisation with the aim of providing events for people no longer working to boost their well being and social interaction. There are 1000 branches in UK with over 500 thousand members. The Bolton Branch has 300 members and provides around 35 activities each month. We are always looking to widen our programme and activities and especially recruit new members who have a specialist knowledge, hobby or interest that they can share with us It could be your prior occupation , your interest , say music ,travel ,sport., art, making things If you have such an interest , we would be delighted to meet and discuss whether you could run a monthly event with us
