Description: Bolton Housing Care and Support CIC is a community-focused, not-for-profit organisation committed to helping vulnerable individuals in our local area, particularly those facing homelessness, complex needs, or requiring supported accommodation. We believe in compassionate, person-centred care and support and we can’t do it without dedicated volunteers. We are currently seeking a friendly and organised Volunteer Admin worker to support the day-to-day running of our office. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience in a supportive environment while making a real difference in your community. You will be - Answering phones and taking messages Supporting with basic data entry and record keeping Preparing and updating documents, forms, and letters Organising files and maintaining office systems Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings Helping with volunteer coordination or referrals, where needed Taking notes in assessments and resident meetings All our volunteers gain - Experience in a meaningful community support role On-the-job training and development opportunities A reference for future employment or studies A friendly team environment where your contribution is truly valued
