Description: Read Easy is a national charity that works through local groups. Bolton & District Read Easy has recently started in Bolton to help adults who can't read or struggle to read. We do this through one to one support with a Reader Coach. They meet twice a week for half an hour, usually in local libraries. There is a Management Team that does all the background work to support the Reading Pairs. Reader Coaches must be passionate about reading and have the patience to help adults who struggle - learn to read. Full training is provided alongside the reading programme and resources. We are happy to meet for an informal chat prior to any application and encourage you to email in and we can arrange to meet. We invite all who are interested in joining our small, supportive management Team to meet us for an informal chat and to attend a management meeting as an observer.
