Organisation description: Beacon Bolton Counselling Service, established in 1991, is a well-established local charity that provides therapeutic counselling to anyone age 16+, irrespective of race, religion, gender, or sexuality. Over the past year, appointments have been offered to hundreds of people experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, bereavement, anger, relationships, abuse, suicidal ideation and more. Our team of counsellors, are here to support people whose goal is to improve their mental and emotional wellbeing. Our team of qualified counsellors, and a limited number of students on placement, have access to training and ongoing opportunities for continuous professional development. Supporting volunteers ensures they are equipped with the skills, knowledge, and resources necessary to deliver high-quality support for our communities now and in the future. Office Opening Hours: Tue to Thu: 10:30am - 5:00pm Counselling Opening Hours: Tue to Thu: 11:00am - 5:00pm, and 7:00pm - 9:00pm
