Organisation description: We are a community interest company, supporting wellbeing in teams, organisations and across places and peoples lives. We offer, *The Brilliant Club - a postal coaching subscription for individuals to design wellbeing into their work-lives *Healing-Centred Workplaces - development support for organisations to design wellbeing into teams, strategy and operations *Healing-Centred Placemaking - partnership work with councils, NHS teams + community organisations supporting wellbeing-focused coproduction All of these use Healing-Centred Design®, a methodology which brings together trauma-informed practice, systems thinking and creative coaching.
