Organisation description: Changing Life Directions is a registered charity which, in partnership with the community, aims to enrich the quality of life for residents of all ages by providing educational opportunities, raising awareness of health and well-being, training volunteers and engaging communities. Objectives • To support disadvantaged people in education, recreation, training and health • To reach out to the older adults living in isolation • Empower and support women who are/have been victims of domestic violence • Support refugees to build better lives for themselves • Support people from different cultures to interact and actively build bridges between each other.
