My role as Finance Coordinator is to ensure the consistent and accurate provision of financial support and planning at Bolton CVS, ensuring we always get the best deal in every financial transaction, continually identifying cost savings and looking at ways of improving efficiencies to make our funding spread as far and wide as possible.  I also provide financial support to external groups in Bolton via our payroll bureau service'

'Ambition for Ageing aims to develop Age Friendly communities in the Halliwell, Crompton and Tonge with the Haulgh areas of Bolton, and is working with members of the community, businesses, health providers and other partnership agencies to take a holistic approach in bringing the older community together and rebuilding a strong sense of community in Bolton.  When I am not in work, I enjoy listening to music and exploring nature.'

I am on hand to consult with groups about any development or training needs they may have and to signpost them on to relevant sources of help both within CVS and the wider voluntary and community sector. I deliver informative and entertaining workshops on a range of topics which help to tackle health inequalities and empower people to take control of their own wellbeing'
