The Bolton’s Fund Round 29 – Standing Together funding round has been launched by Bolton CVS.
Voluntary groups, community organisations and social enterprises are invited to apply for funding for projects that will help to make Bolton a safer place for everyone.
The fund will support projects that will meet at least one of the priorities of the fund. The priorities are to keep people safe and support the victims of crime or to reduce levels of harm and offending or that help to strengthen communities and places. Projects that work towards addressing serious violence and violence against women and girls are particularly welcome.
Examples of the type of projects that could be funded include advice services, mentoring projects, youth groups and youth-based activities, relevant training and workshops, awareness raising projects, interventions that will make people feel safer in public spaces and projects that bring the community together to improve community cohesion.
The funding is in support of the Greater Manchester Police and Crime Plan – Standing Together 2022-2025 and Bolton’s Community Safety Partnership Plan.
The fund is open for applications until Sunday 31 July 2022. Grants of up to £2,500, £10,000 and partnership applications of up to £20,000 are available through the fund.
