We believe art and creativity is a powerful catalyst for change. We believe that we can turn our communities into a true melting pot, in which we can recognise the contribution of many to enjoy our huge wealth of culture and history. We endeavour to promote art and artists ~ traditional, modern and digital, as a means of engaging communities. Art can be used creatively and effectively to help combat the pain of social isolation; renewing faith, confidence and hope. It provides opportunities in a wide range of jobs and careers. We engage local communities from all cultural and ethnic backgrounds, particularly reaching out to underrepresented BAME communities and young people with learning and physical disabilities in activities such as creative writing, film-making, interview techniques, workshops, life skills training and courses, as well as communication skills. We’re now adding the exciting opportunity for discovering creativity with food!
