To mark World Mental Health Day Bolton Community Voluntary Services (CVS) and NHS Bolton Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are hosting an online event in partnership with organisations across the borough. This informal event will be an opportunity to:
- get an overview of wellbeing support available in Bolton
- participate in activities such as a ‘Happiness Class’, mindfulness exercises and guided meditation
A confirmed timetable of sessions will be sent to all registered participants in the morning of the 9th October. You can then decide if you want to join us for the whole session or if you would prefer to dip in and out of certain activities.
During a time when we know Covid is having a profound impact on many people’s mental health and emotional wellbeing, we encourage everyone to join us for what is set to be an interesting, informative and enjoyable afternoon.
This event will run via Microsoft Teams. A link to join the event will be sent to everyone who registered on the morning of Friday 9th October. Please note that by attending this event you will be under no obligation to have your camera on or to contribute vocally. The chat function will be active if you would like to make any comments or ask questions – it’ll all be down to what is most comfortable for you!
If you have any questions regarding the above, please do not hesitate to contact Lauren McKechnie, Health Wellbeing and Inclusion Manager at Bolton CVS: lauren@boltoncvs.org.uk
