Volunteer Development Programme

This is a 2 day workshop and will be delivered by Joan Manville, attendance on both days is essential. The second day of this course is 17th February from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm.This course is designed to look at a range of aspects related to volunteering, including confidentiality and boundry issues, empowerment/disempowerment, vulnerable adults, listening skills and assertivesness.
