iLearn Project launched at GMCVO
A brand new project to develop the skills of the voluntary and community sector across Greater Manchester was launched in February at GMCVO.
iLearn is a new project which will offer a range of informal and innovative learning opportunities free of charge to the voluntary and community sector in Greater Manchester.
• ILM level 3 award in workplace coaching for team leaders and first line managers
• Become a coach / mentor or access coaching / mentoring to help you improve what you do
• Learn and share with your peers through action learning
• Undertake work shadowing with another organisation, or have someone shadow your organisation.
