2010 Leadership Development Programme

Date:
Mon, 08/03/2010

The Leadership Development Programme is a highly successful, pioneering programme for members of the community who are making a difference. This course is aimed at interfaith organisations and leaders, although it is open to anyone in a leadership role as well as people of no specific faith. It is also open to leaders from the public and private sectors.

It is based on the good-practice model that is run successfully by the Muslim Council of Britain at a national level and this year each particpant has the opportunity to then have the course endorsed for them through the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM).

You can learn and develop new skills as well as recognise your potential and the potential of others. Areas such as emotional intelligence, Myers Briggs, visioning, group dynamics, Leadership traits and much more will be covered.

The cost for the course can be subsidised and can be only £265(*) which includes:

  • 4 overnight residential weekends at 4*+ hotel
  • All food and refreshments
  • Qualified and experienced trainers and some fantastic guest speakers
  • All the course material including Myers Briggs profile
  • One to one support sessions
  • An excellent opportunity to learn and network with others
