This workshop will be delivered by Kairen Smith & Claire Davies. It is a one day course is ideal for organisations that want to take the first steps towards becoming outcome focus.

The aim is for participants to link outcomes to planning, to look at outcomes in more detail and look at how to collect outcomes information.
