Funding and Development
The Funding and Development Team has given 494 groups a total of 903 sessions of support and advice in 2008 - 2009. They have supported groups on a range of topics including:
- finding appropriate sources of funding
- establishing aims and writing constitutions
- book keeping and financial systems
- finding appropriate venues
- working with groups on their legal/charitable status
- signposting organisations to specialist support services
