Bolton Advice Centre offers free advice, support, information and advocacy to the Bolton community on a wide range of issues including debt, homelessness, benefit claims, disability, domestic violence, immigration, criminal justice and poverty. We are available to anyone in our community who needs help and advice, especially parts of the community that are more disadvantaged, more marginalised or under-represented in our community.

|Bolton Chamber Choir||
Bolton Chamber Choir is a small choir of about twenty-five singers, with an enthusiastic committee and a talented young Musical Director, Ian Chesworth. They usually do five concerts a year: two between September and Christmas and one in the spring (these are usually drawn from sacred repertoire, both classical and contemporary); then, in the summer, they perform two concerts in a lighter style.

We offer support and information to has cancer, their relatives, friends and carers. We also support people worried about cancer.
We are able to provide: Written information on all aspects of cancer and living with cancer; benefits and financial advice and access to the Macmillan Benefit Adviser; help with applying for Macmillan Grants; patient support group information and relevant signposting.
There are drop in services available at Royal Bolton Hospital, Bolton One, Giles House and Breightmet Library. No appointments are necessary but opening times may vary so we always advise people to call before making a special journey.

|Bolton Scottish Dance Club||
The club was formed in 1954 to provide a venue for Scottish Country Dancing in Bolton. It provides an opportunity for members to learn new dances as well as enjoy the old ones and to attend weekend dances run by several clubs around Lancashire and Cheshire. It is very much a social class and the emphases is on enjoying the dancing. We hold weekly classes at 8 pm on Monday evenings at Chorley Old road Methodist Church from August to May. The club also runs an annual ball in May each year. The club is open to all; Scottish Country Dancing is very popular around the world and while we have some Scottish members, the majority are English.

|Friends Of Moss Bank Park||
We are a group of friends working in Moss Bank Park. We have been helping to maintain and improve the Walled Garden since 2001 and with the help of a Heritage Lottery Grant and financial support from Bolton Council we have helped to secure the renovation and reopening of the Rock Garden in 2012.
We meet at 10.00am on Tuesday mornings outside the Walled Garden (weather permitting) and carry out light general garden maintenance in both gardens for a couple of hours. Why not join us and help care for these lovely gardens? Just turn up and you will be welcome. The group is suspended during the winter months and will re-start on 5 February 2019.

We provide training in group analysis and support the provision of group analysis. Provide workshops and CPD events. We also run a cafe Psychologique and Median Group – both meet monthly. Our objectives are: to develop the theory and practice of group analysis; to develop and provide vocational training and education in group analysis among members of the medical, nursing and other related caring professions and educationalists; and to support the provision of group analysis as widely as possible for the general public especially to those groups disadvantaged by hardship or other adverse conditions.
