Hate Crime Awareness Celebration and Grant Launch Event

Registration is closed for this event

Friday 19th October 2018
10.00am - 12.00pm, The Bolton Hub

We will have presentations from voluntary and community groups around the Hate Crime Awareness work they have carried out this year.  We will also be showcasing a short film to introduce the funding themes for grants supporting Hate Crime Awareness work for next year.

The event will be opened by Councillor Anna Marie Watters with representation from Greater Manchester Police and other local organisations.

We will be launching next year’s Hate Crime Awareness Grants scheme in partnership with BSafe Bolton, the town’s community safety partnership. Come along to find out how to apply for a grant to deliver an activity during Greater Manchester Hate Awareness Week in February 2019 or an ongoing project throughout next year.

There are only 5 opportunities to hold a stall, it will be on a first come first serve basis.  If you are interested to show the great work your organisation is doing, please contact Jane Attfield by e-mail on janea@boltoncvs.org.uk

Light refreshments will be provided.
