Children's Workforce Development
Workforce development is about supporting staff, volunteers, and trustees…to gain and improve their skills, knowledge and understanding in order to their jobs well and continually improve the services they deliver to children, young people and their families/carers.
Why is it important to develop the workforce?

* Will develop good practice & improve quality
* It may become a requirement to gain funding
