The role of a Volunteer Champion is to act as an ambassador to promote volunteering to individuals living in the areas of Crompton, East Bolton, Farnworth, Great Lever, Hall i' th' Wood, Halliwell, Hulton Lane, Johnson Fold, Rumworth and Washacre. Champions will also support individuals to find the right volunteering placement through matching aspirations with known opportunities

We are looking for individuals who have had experience volunteering and feel passionate about the benefits that volunteering can bring to individual volunteers and the woder community.

You will receive training and supervision from our Volunteering Support Worker in order to help you fulfil this role. If you would like to get involved in thie exciting project, please contact the Volunteer Centre on 01204 546060.
