The Bolton Hub - Volunteer Receptionists

We are always looking for friendly, approachable and organised people who would like to work on our public reception desk and who could commit to cover shifts in the morning (9.30am – 1pm) or afternoon (1pm – 4.30pm) on a regular basis.

You do not have to have any previous experience just the ability to communicate with the general public.

You will be working alongside another volunteer on reception and duties include answering internal and external telephone calls, receiving incoming mail and dealing with customers who come into the Hub for a variety of reasons.
