Little Book of Funding

Information on over 40 sources of funding including local, national and lottery funders as well as brief details about the types of projects they will fund and their criteria.

The Self Help Directory

Health and Care Togeher produce a directory of health and care related self-help groups and voluntary organisations that are active within Bolton.

Every year, we produce our Annual Report for Companies House and the Charity Commission. In order to further illustrate our work, we also produce an Annual Review which outlines our work for the year.
